Job summary

Hermès Paris Atlanta Boutique is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support for both front and back of house operations in a fast-paced luxury environment. The role begins in November and runs through December 31st, with duties across client service, stocking, stockroom prep and after-sales support.

The successful candidate will have strong communication, excellent customer service, and organizational skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of service to clients in Hermès standard of service: greet customers, offer assistance, assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales team with selling process; hang merchandise, return merchandise to floor, retrieve stock, prep stock room.
• Organize workstation and selling floor; ensure items are stocked, maintain merchandise standards, straighten and replenish.
• Support Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support After Sales areas as needed: logging repairs, contacting clients, maintaining records.
