Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support gift wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
Support the sales process by retrieving and replenishing merchandise and preparing the stock room.
Maintain an organized workstation and selling floor, ensuring supplies are stocked and merchandise standards are met.
Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, and support after-sales needs, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
