Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for a luxury boutique. This temporary role runs from November through December 31, supporting front- and back-of-house operations and client service at the point of sale.

You will greet clients, assist with wrap/packaging, merchandise handling, stockroom prep, and stock replenishment while maintaining an organized selling floor and providing courteous service. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to work in person at the designated company location.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team with merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and stockroom preparation.
• Maintain the selling floor and ensure supplies are organized and replenished.
• Support client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including repair logging and client follow-up.
• Answer phone calls promptly and provide courteous service.
