Job summary

Brobston Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical and operational support for front- and back-of-house activities in a luxury boutique during the seasonal period. This temporary role assists the sales team and helps deliver high standards of client service.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting at POS, handling merchandise, stocking, and supporting after-sales activities plus answering phones with friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Assist the sales team by handling merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Maintain an organized workstation and selling floor, and keep supplies stocked.
• Support client service, concierge, greeter, doorperson, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and contacting clients.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
