Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Advisor to assist in delivering personalized service and supporting the full client lifecycle. The role partners with the store team to manage product flow between back of house and sales floor, while helping execute visual merchandising and inventory tasks in a luxury environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in retail, strong communication skills, and a client-centric mindset.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Strong client focus with teamwork in fast-paced settings.
• Professional presentation and English fluency; additional languages preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
• Detail-oriented, punctual and flexible with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage clients to deliver elevated service.
• Fetch and deliver product from BOH to FOH for client requests.
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Support inventory prep and BOH organization, including go-backs.
• Contribute to team objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
