Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for a luxury boutique, with November through December 31 timing. The role focuses on clerical and operational support to ensure an exceptional client experience on both front- and back-of-house activities.

You will warmly welcome clients, assist with wrapping and packaging, manage merchandise handling, and help keep the selling floor and stockroom organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in front- or back-of-house customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with grace and composure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, answer questions, assist with wrapping and packaging, and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Support sales by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stock room.
• Keep workstation and selling floor organized and stocked to merchandise standards.
• Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities, plus after-sales tasks like logging repairs.
• Answer phones promptly and maintain active records.
