Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, answer questions, and support wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the sales team by handling merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep the workstation and selling floor organized, stocked, and presentable.
• Support client service, concierge, greeter, and after-sales activities, including logging repairs and maintaining client records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
