Brobston Group seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to provide clerical support and help deliver a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment in New York. The role supports the sales team and involves handling wrapping, stock, and front-of-house duties.

You will greet clients, assist with merchandise handling, prep the stockroom, maintain an organized selling floor, and assist with after-sales records and client communications.

Formación

• Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Ability to lift 0–25 pounds without assistance.
• Available for regular in-person work at the designated location.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients, answer questions, and assist with wrapping and packaging at point of sale.
• Support the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom.
• Keep workstations and the selling floor organized, stocked, and presentable.
• Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host activities.
• Support after-sales services by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Answer phones promptly and provide friendly customer service.
