Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and drive purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs.
• Source new customers and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the sales floor and assist teammates.
