Neiman Marcus, part of Saks Global, is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance client experiences during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver exceptional customer service across store areas, including support for BOPIS and curbside pickups.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer‑centric roles, comfort with retail tech, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with selling products or services.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at store entrances and departments, directing to the right associate.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Address escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and questions.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations with Operations and team on duty.
