Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver luxury service by guiding customers, processing transactions, and supporting in-store and curbside experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-centric sales experience.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at entrances and direct to the right associate.
• Work in different store areas as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations team.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience with services.
