Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients into Neiman Marcus at entrances and departments and connect them to the right associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Demonstrate follow-up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations and on-duty Managers.
• Help with fittings and encourage services like alterations or personalization.
