Job summary

Neiman Marcus in San Francisco is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience with our selling team during the holiday season. You will report to a Sales Manager and help deliver exceptional service across store areas, including BOPIS and curbside operations.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer-centric roles, familiarity with retail tech, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. An employee discount is offered.

Qualifications

• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments and connect them with the right associate.
• Work in different store areas as needed based on business needs.
• Process Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and Curbside pickup and Alterations with Operations and on-duty Managers.
• Assist with Fitting Room experiences when required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience with services like Alterations, Personalization, Food or Beverage, package carry-out or delivery.
