Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience during peak season. You will work with the selling team, report to a Sales Manager, and participate in delivering exceptional service across departments.

You will greet clients, process transactions, support BOPIS and curbside pickup, and help with fittings and personalized services. This role requires a flexible schedule and a passion for luxury retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with sales experience.
• Familiar with retail technology and mobile devices.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients at store entrances and departments.
• Assist in different areas of the store as needed.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management when required.
• Follow up on customer requests.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and experiences.
