Job summary

Neiman Marcus is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to support the store team during the peak season. You will warmly welcome clients, assist across departments, and process sales at the point of sale while ensuring exceptional service.

You will collaborate with the operations team on BOPIS/curbside, alterations, and client experiences, with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays. Training and employee discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric role(s) with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with and able to use retail and mobile technologies.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients at store entrances and within departments, transitioning them to the appropriate associate.
• Serve in different areas of the store based on business needs and process POS transactions.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with a manager; follow up on requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations (online and pickups) in partnership with Operations and managers on duty.
• Assist with fitting room experiences and look for opportunities to upsell services like alterations, personalization, food/beverage, package carry-out or delivery.
