Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach is seeking a Seasonal Selling Associate to enhance the client experience with our selling team during peak season. You will report to a Sales Manager and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury environment.

The role involves welcoming clients, working across store areas, processing transactions, and supporting services such as BOPIS, curbside pickup, and alterations. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven ability to sell products and services.
• Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at store entrances and within departments and connect them with the right associate.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by routing to management.
• Follow up on customer requests and inquiries.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup and alterations with Operations and management.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when required.
• Identify opportunities to introduce services like alterations, personalization, food/beverage, and delivery.
