Responsibilities

• Greet clients at store entrances and departments, directing them to the right associate.
• Work in different store areas based on business needs.
• Process POS transactions efficiently.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Follow up on customer requests and needs.
• Support BOPIS and curbside pickup with Operations and staff.
• Assist with fitting room experiences when required.
• Promote services such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage, or delivery.
