Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Texas seeks a Seasonal Selling Associate to join our luxury retail team during our peak season. You will work with the selling team to enhance the client experience and report to a Sales Manager, upholding our people-first philosophy and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting across store areas, processing POS transactions, routing escalated issues to management, supporting BOPIS and curbside pickup, and promoting services such as

Qualifications

1 year of experience in customer-centric roles.
Familiar with retail and mobile technologies.
Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly at store entrances and within departments, routing to the appropriate associate.
Work in different areas of the store based on business needs.
Process Point of Sale transactions efficiently as needed.
Handle escalated issues graciously by connecting the customer with management.
Follow up on customer requests, questions and needs.
Support BOPIS and curbside pickup, alterations, and online pickups in partnership with operations and managers on duty.
Assist with fitting room experiences when needed.
Promote services such as alterations, personalization, food/beverage, package carry-out or delivery.
