Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. The role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

You will use POS and clienteling tools to capture data, develop personal sales plans, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
Experience with POS; basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and devices.
Strong English proficiency.
Experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style/service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and assist with inventory and visual merchandising.
Support teammates and participate in brand initiatives and inclusion activities.
