Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Experience with POS operations, iPad/laptop use, and data collection.
• Strong English language proficiency.

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and close sales.
