Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet sales goals, and support daily store operations. This role blends luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling and teamwork to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The position targets candidates with luxury retail background, strong English proficiency, familiarity with POS, and experience in live streaming or social selling. Flexible schedule and fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency.
Luxury retail background, social media savvy, and live‑stream/video demo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross‑selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans and meet KPIs.
Source new customers and maintain relationships to close sales.
Maintain high energy on the sales floor and adapt selling techniques.
