Job summary

Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will support daily store operations while blending luxury retail service with omni‑channel selling to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury sales, strong English, and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live‑stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills. (Preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency. (for EU)

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross‑selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising) while maintaining service standards.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in functional areas as required.
