Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience. You will meet personal and store sales goals, support daily store operations, and blend luxury retail service with omni-channel selling to drive brand loyalty.
The role emphasizes clienteling, product expertise, and relationship-building with customers. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is required to meet business needs.
Formación
- 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience.
- Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Luxury retail background, social media savvy, experience with live-stream shopping or video demos (preferred).
Responsabilidades
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow styling/service standards.
- Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
- Drive sales through cross-selling and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Support daily store operations and inventory tasks.
