Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet store goals. You will blend in-store service with omnichannel selling, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to team success.

The role requires luxury retail experience, strong English, and comfort with social media and live-stream style demos. Flexibility for varied hours is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience with POS systems and mobile POS usage.
• Ability to read price and release sheets and operate iPad/laptop.
• Strong English communication skills and social media savvy.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS, clienteling tools, and social platforms to capture data.
• Meet personal and team KPIs and support store operations.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques as needed.
• Handle daily tasks including cash wrap, inventory, and replenishment.
