Job summary

Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, seeks a friendly, professional server to join our award-winning food & beverage team. You will help deliver superior guest experiences in a luxury coastal setting, working closely with servers and bartenders to anticipate guests’ needs.

This full-time role requires standing long hours, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and fluency in English. We offer competitive wages, medical benefits, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and a cafeteria on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced Food & Beverage service, high-end restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and communicate with servers and bar team.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Position requires standing for long hours and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers by providing water, bread service, coffee and tea throughout the meal to guests.
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the specific number of guests.
• Always ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Be present and ensure professional, courteous guest service with eye contact and a smile.
