Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at on-site summer camps across the US. You will oversee all prep, production and allergen safety for designated day parts, while managing staff and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, allergen safety, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train kitchen staff; build a high-energy, positive team culture.
• Oversee prep, production for designated day parts, ensure quality and timely meals.
• Manage allergen protocols and sanitation to health department standards.
• Oversee inventory, daily reporting, and budget considerations.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
