Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our rustic on-site summer camp facilities across the US. This is a live-in, full-time seasonal contract from May to September, demanding a minimum 6-day, 70-hour week with room and board provided.

• Oversee allergen protocols and top sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
