Wolfoods, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on, on-site role at our rural summer camps. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage a team, and enforce allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

This live-on-site position requires leadership under pressure, 6-day/70-hour weeks, and strong organization to coordinate with camp staff and campers. Competitive seasonal pay with bonus and room & board included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking experience.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date.
• Strong leadership, cooking, and ability to navigate iPad for operations.
• Physical: stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and live on-site.
• Ready to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilités

• Lead and train kitchen staff to foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee all prep and production, portion control, menu specs, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen safety compliance and sanitation standards across shifts.
• Administer inventory management and assist with daily reporting to leadership.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
