Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for an on-site, live-in role at a fast-paced summer camp. You will oversee prep and production, manage a team, and enforce allergen safety across the kitchen.

The role requires a hands-on leader willing to live on-site in rustic camp facilities and work a demanding schedule with a minimum six-day, 70-hour week. Seasonal May–Sept with competitive pay and bonus.

Formación

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Able to operate iPad and manage inventory and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee prep and production for designated day part and lead staff.
• Maintain allergen safety protocols and health standards.
• Manage inventory and assist daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen, campers, and camp leadership.
