Wolfoods seeks an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at our on-site summer camp operations. You will oversee all prep and production for designated day parts, manage staff, and enforce allergen safety in a fast-paced environment.

This is a seasonal, full-time, exempt position with live-in arrangements, offering competitive pay, bonus opportunities, plus room and board. You’ll work six days per week in a rural camp setting across the US.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch baking experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Oversee culinary quality: flow, portion control, scratch cooking, and timely meal service.
• Strict allergen safety compliance and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory and assist with daily reporting.
• Serve as liaison between kitchen operations, campers, and camp leadership.
