You will also design offsite marketing activities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while maintaining resident satisfaction and property standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Proficient in Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Responsibilities
