Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing, marketing, and renewal activities at our community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform screenings, prepare leases, and ensure smooth move-ins and renewals.

You will also plan offsite marketing, engage in referrals, and monitor market conditions to optimize occupancy and revenue, while maintaining property standards and delivering outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi, One Site).

Responsibilities

• Leads marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, credit checks and move-in packages.
• Prepare lease and move-in documents and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and implement referral/outreach programs.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
