Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-in packages.
• Support offsite marketing and monitor market trends to optimize occupancy.
