Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at one of our Atlanta area properties. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages with attention to compliance and resident experience.

You will also design local marketing efforts, analyze market trends, coordinate renewals, maintain property appearance, and ensure outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing or Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packets.
• Perform credit/background checks and sign leases.
• Design offsite marketing to drive traffic and use social media.
• Maintain property appearance and report repairs; ensure show units meet standards.
• Coordinate renewals and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
