Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue for our communities. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and secure leases while delivering excellent resident service.

You will design and execute local marketing efforts, analyze market trends, and support lease renewals. This role requires weekend availability and strong communication with residents and teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Marketing via onsite and offsite channels to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to sustain occupancy targets.
• Handle lease renewals and conduct timely inspections and move-in activities.
• Address resident concerns and ensure safety, cleanliness, and show readiness.
