RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing, marketing, and resident services for a multi-family property in Atlanta. You will conduct tours, process applications, and drive renewals while maintaining property standards and resident satisfaction.

The role relies on strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills, with proficiency in Entrata Yardi or One Site and daily interaction with prospects and residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills; ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting; strong PM software skills (Entrata Yardi / One Site).

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities in person to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic to the property.
• Maintain property standards with daily inspections and respond to resident concerns and issues.
