You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare leases, and support day-to-day administration. The role emphasizes strong communication, sales, and marketing skills, with a team-oriented, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background preferred
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit and background checks, lease preparation, and move-in.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to create traffic to the property, including referrals and outreach programs.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends that may impact occupancy and revenue; stay informed on tools and processes.
• Lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and notifications as outlined in lease agreements.
• Follow-up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewal decisions; support renewal documents.
• Ensure property appearance and safety standards; daily inspections of show units and common areas.
• Resolve customer complaints and stay informed about market conditions to maintain occupancy.
