Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenu via on-site leasing activities. You will greet prospects, tour properties, screen applications, and prepare leases while ensuring excellent resident experiences.

You will design and execute local marketing efforts, track market trends, and support renewal programs. Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face, conduct property tours, process applications, screenings, and prepare lease packets.
• Execute marketing and leasing campaigns to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Handle renewals, follow up with residents, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Inspect properties, ensure show units meet quality standards, and enforce lease terms.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain occupancy goals.
