Job summary

This temporary, non-exempt role begins in November and runs through December 24, with in‑person duties at local kettle sites. Responsibilities include coordinating store partnerships, preparing equipment, hiring and onboarding bell ringers, processing paperwork, and daily data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Some post-secondary education preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with basic bookkeeping and payroll documentation is a plus.
• Ability to operate a computer and manage records for sites and workers.

Responsibilities

• Contact store managers to establish kettle sites and gather site documents.
• Maintain kettle equipment and ensure cleanliness and readiness.
• Assist with advertising for bell ringers and process applications.
• Interview and hire applicants; ensure all paperwork and background checks are complete.
• Collect daily time sheets and assist payroll data entry; verify paychecks.
• Schedule, supervise, and deploy kettle workers and drivers across sites.
• Coordinate volunteers for kettles and events; establish driver routes.
• Inventory equipment at season end and prepare a season-ending brief.
