Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking a Kettle Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the Christmas Kettle campaign. You will work with staff and volunteers to raise funds and ensure kettle sites operate smoothly, with attention to permission, placement, and data accuracy.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma (preferred) and a valid driver’s license. The role requires travel daily and coordinating with drivers, bell ringers, and office staff to ensure secure funds and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Background checks required and all results reviewed.
• Experience with volunteers and employees preferred; event coordination helpful.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain the Driver's qualification standard.

Responsibilities

• Visit kettle sites to secure permissions for kettle placement.
• Place kettles at approved locations by Oct deadline.
• Perform kettle worker interviews and assist with applications.
• Coordinate with office staff to ensure accurate data and payroll.
• Ensure kettles, bells, aprons and equipment are maintained and returned safely.
