Job summary

You will supervise bell ringers and drivers, manage kettle site logistics, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with office staff on payroll and reporting while traveling daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Background check required.
• Experience coordinating volunteers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Visit kettle sites to confirm permissions before season.
• Place kettles at corps locations by October.
• Interview kettle workers and assist with applications.
• Coordinate kettle sites and workers to raise funds.
• Ensure data accuracy for workers and sites in systems.
• Report concerns to supervisor immediately.
