The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Seasonal Kettle Coordinator to lead the Red Kettle fundraising campaign and oversee seasonal staff and volunteers. You will coordinate hiring, scheduling, and site management to maximize donations across multiple kettle locations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with store managers, and a commitment to compliant payroll and reporting practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license required.
• Biennial background check required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Red Kettle fundraising campaign and hire seasonal workers.
• Schedule shifts for Bell Ringers and Kettle Drivers.
• Secure kettle locations and build good manager relationships.
• Hire workers for the kettle season and coordinate volunteers.
• Train kettle workers and review equipment under supervision.
• Prepare daily and weekly schedules and ensure payroll data is accurate.
• Review kettle reports and adjust placement and schedules as needed.
