• Field inquiries from bell ringers, kettle sites, and drivers regarding operations.
• Coordinate kettle issues with corps officers to ensure smooth operations.
• Sort kettle funds and deliver to the bank as needed.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere with professional communication and conflict management.
• Comply with The Salvation Army’s Safe from Harm certification and carry out other duties as assigned.
