Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; customer service experience considered in lieu of.
• Must pass pre-employment background inquiry and motor vehicle check with valid license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interact with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate kettle sites and scheduling through the Register to Ring platform.
• Assist with transportation of kettles and bell ringers to locations.
• Field kettle operations inquiries from ringers, sites, and drivers.
• Ensure kettle issues are addressed with corps officers.
• Sort kettle funds and deliver to the bank when needed.
• Maintain professional communication and compliance with Safe from Harm standards.
