Job summary

RPI Print is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician for a short-term contract in Tukwila, WA. Onsite support for hardware, software, and printers in a fast-paced production environment. Expected length about 2 months with mid-October 2026 start.

You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, log tickets, troubleshoot, and escalate complex problems. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Shift flexibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in troubleshooting hardware/software.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work with minimal ramp time.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support needs.
• Log issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex problems to senior staff as needed.
• Be flexible to adjust shifts with 24-hour notice if coverage is needed.
