Qualifications

• 3+ years of field support experience.
• Experience with Windows XP/10/11, Mac OS and iOS support.
• Knowledge of imaging PCs, SCCM and remote installs.
• Ticket and asset management experience.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assists in investigating and resolving complex installations and maintenance matters of significance.
• Provides on-site field support to customers including installation, servicing, and repairing systems and equipment.
• Resolves customer issues in hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Instructs customers in operation and maintenance of systems/equipment.
• Ensures issues are referred to appropriate personnel for follow up and testing.
• Performs analysis and prepares reports on system problem trends and issues.
