Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, and order pickups. You will uphold Macy's service standards while supporting a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You’ll engage customers with genuine hospitality, assist in total store fulfillment, and keep pickup and return areas organized and welcoming for every guest who walks in.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English
• Decision-making in real time to address customer needs

Responsibilities

• Support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups and related tasks
• Uphold Macy's service standards while delivering a seamless shopping experience
• Assist customers in total store fulfillment and ensure pickup/return areas are organized
• Provide genuine hospitality, build relationships and promote loyalty programs
