Job summary

Insomniac is seeking a Seasonal HR staff member in Orlando to support the full-time HR team with onboarding, I-9 verification, data entry, and timekeeping. This role focuses on delivering strong customer service and confidential handling of employee records.

The position requires 2+ years of administrative experience and knowledge of Workday. Some evenings and weekends may be required to meet deadlines in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience.
• HR onboarding experience preferred.
• Flexible with ever-changing duties and schedules.
• Working knowledge of the I-9 verification process.
• Works well under pressure with attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Workday and Time Clock Plus knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strong customer service skills as this position is the face of HR during staff check-in.
• Process new hires through job requisitions through Workday HRIS system.
• Confidential handling of sensitive employee information.
• Verify employee I-9 documents.
• Follow through with tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Time keeping support for seasonal employees.
• Assist HR and employees with on-site payroll and general HR inquiries.
• Other payroll and HR audit duties/special projects as required.
