Job summary

Insomniac, a Live Nation Entertainment company, seeks a Seasonal HR staff member to support onboarding and HR operations for seasonal employees. The role involves processing hires in Workday HRIS, verifying I-9 documents, and assisting on-site payroll while maintaining confidentiality.

The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision, including evenings or weekends as deadlines demand. LA-based operations support may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience.
• Human Resources onboarding experience preferred.
• Flexible with changing duties and schedules.
• Working knowledge of the I-9 verification process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Workday and Time Clock Plus knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strong customer service as the face of HR during staff check-in.
• Process new hires through job requisitions in Workday HRIS.
• Confidential handling of sensitive employee information.
• Verify employee's I-9 documents.
• Follow through with tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Time keeping support for seasonal employees.
• Assist HR and employees with on-site payroll and HR inquiries.
• Other payroll and HR audit duties and special projects.
