Insomniac Events in Orlando, FL seeks a seasonal HR staffer to support the full-time HR team with onboarding, I-9 verification, and data entry. You will help process new hires, create employee IDs, and assist with timekeeping, reporting to the HR team.

This role requires strong customer service, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Prior Workday or Time Clock Plus knowledge is a plus.

Competenze

• 2+ years of administrative or assistant experience.
• HR on-boarding experience is preferred.
• Flexible with changing duties and schedules.
• Knowledge of the I-9 verification process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Workday and Time Clock Plus knowledge is a plus.

Mansioni

• Strong customer service skills as this position is the face of HR during staff check-in.
• Process new hires through job requisitions via Workday HRIS system.
• Confidentially work with sensitive employee information.
• Verify employee’s I-9 documents.
• Time keeping support for seasonal employees.
• Assist HR and employees with on-site payroll and general HR inquiries, questions and concerns.
• Other payroll and HR audit duties/special projects as required.
